OPEN WATER SWIM CLINIC

BUILD YOUR CONFIDENCE IN THE OPEN WATER

Spend the morning at Eagle Rock Resort with Coach Kenny USA Triathlon Level 1 Coach and US Masters Certified Coach. 

The group will be swimming in the crystal clear Lake Susquehanna and utilize our 7' race buoy and (2) 40" barrel race buoys to simulate race conditions. The clinic will cover:

• Open water safety
• Sighting
• Pacing
• Starts
• Exiting the water
• Drafting and swimming in groups
• Wetsuits and skinsuits
